Our story

Founded by a coach who lived the chaos

Mark Spits went from UNC swimming and an Olympic path cut short by injury, to Goldman Sachs as a hedge fund manager, then built SwimFlow plus golf and tennis apps so coaches can teach without drowning in texts and spreadsheets. More sports are on the way.

“Coaches should spend their best energy in the water, not in their inbox.”
